Welcome! I’m a psychotherapist offering in-person sessions in Cary and virtual therapy throughout North Carolina.

I’m passionate about supporting women through life’s challenges with a gentle, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach. Together, we can work through emotional difficulties, better understand patterns shaped by past experiences, build practical coping skills, and move toward the goals that matter most to you.

I believe every woman has inherent strength and resilience. My role is to help you recognize those qualities, develop the tools you need, and reconnect with your power.

RATES

Individual Sessions

$225.00 for a 75-minute initial session (initial paperwork | relationship building)

$175.00 for a 55-minute session (all remaining sessions)

Group Sessions 

Rates are determined based on the group content and size.

INSURANCE AND PAYMENT

I am not currently listed on any insurance panels and do not accept insurance, working instead on a self-pay model in which you pay for each session in full then, if you choose to do so, you submit the necessary documentation to your insurance company for reimbursement. (You will be provided with a receipt called a superbill for this purpose when requested.)

Many plans will reimburse between 20-90% after meeting a deductible. You will need to call your insurance company to find out what your specific plan pays for an out-of-network provider. 

I accept most major credit cards and use an autopay system so the card is automatically charged following each session. I will accept cash for in-office sessions when pre-arranged. I am unable to accept checks at this time. 

MISSED SESSIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you do not show up for your scheduled session, you will be required to pay a fee of $25 to help cover the cost of the missed session.

*Please note: If you are more than 20 minutes late to a session and have not notified me, I will consider that a no show, incurring the $25 fee, and I will not be able to see you that day.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

  • You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE) explaining the cost of your care

  • Under the law, you have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of your care

  • You can request a GFE before scheduling or at least 1 business day prior to your session

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE
